Research experience in Zero Voltage Switching converter topologies and semiconductor device and power system characteristics. Inventions in several converter topologies. Designs include AC to DC and DC to DC converters of 5W to 12kW with outputs of 5V to 5kV with product expertise in electrical, magnetic, thermal, environmental, mechanical and PCB design.

Managed small groups of engineers and technologists to the complete engineering department in the research and design effort.  Conducted training for production and engineering personnel.  Products designed include Argus RST and RSM and some Pathfinder series AC-DC rectifiers, CS and CSM series DC-DC converters, various monitoring accessories and power distribution panels and power systems.

Senior Engineer, Power Supply Department: Conducted research into converter topologies.  Designed multiple output low voltage OEM power supplies, high voltage TWT power supplies and high power plasma arc power supplies.

Design Engineer: Researched the new field of SMPS conversion.  Designed off-line AC to DC power supplies and DC to DC converters.  Products developed included Anatek OL series, ML series and Lab 3000 series power supplies and several OEM products.
